Meet Isabelle Fontaine, MA, RP
Based in Ottawa, Ontario, I am a Registered Psychotherapist. I hold a B.A in psychology as well as a Master's in Counselling & Spirituality. In addition, I am also a registered yoga instructor (RYT-200) with Yoga Alliance and hold a 40hrs trauma-sensitive yoga training.
Through a client-centered and integrated approach, I work collaboratively with you and meet you where you are. My goal is to assist you to get closer to the more authentic you while exploring yourself in relationships with yourself and others.
